Minister of Labour and Employment, Chris Ngige has revealed that unemployed graduates, market women, the Civilian JTF in the north-east are among the category of people who will be beneficiaries of the Federal Government’s N5,000 stipend. The money will be disbursed through a social security scheme.

He made the clarification in an interview with journalists on Monday in Abuja.
